I) My work day starts at 6 am very day and ends at 5 pm Monday to Friday. It is a very demanding environment due to the fact that we always needs to meet deadlines , in order to keep all stakeholders happy . I have extremely good ir skills , I am representing my company quite often at the c c m a . I have a team of 40 plus people and we really work as a team with create respect towards one another. I am also responsible for the monthly union meetings . I have learn over the past years that you need to on a daily basis be available for you workers and to keep them motivated , and to stick to set and agreed deadlines. I enjoy keeping the internal stakeholders happy ensuring that the external and internal supply chain is un interrupted and that they can rely on the best quality of materials and supply. To keep my workforce motivated and to meet daily deadlines

View my CV on Brandcrafters.I WORKED IN THE DEBTORS DEPARTMENT AS A CREDIT CONTROLLER FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS. I HAD MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WHICH I HANDLED. Excellent learning curve

Dear Sir/ Madam I am extremely interested in submitting an application for the position currently advertised. I would like to highlight some of the experience and skills that I have: • Knowledge of computer literacy: I have extensive knowledge and understanding of computer literacy and I also have experience in SAP and LIMS. • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical ability: As an Analytical Chemistry graduate I have an extensive knowledge of analytical methods being classical method and instrumental method. Classical methods were I use separation techniques such as titration, distillation, qualitative analysis by color and odor, and quantitative analysis by weight and volume. Instrumental methods were I measure quantities using instruments and apparatus. Above and beyond my knowledge and my experience I am motivated in learning new things, the challenge of meeting the needs of the company and ensuring high quality outstanding.

Wonderful memories and a path for career growth in the industry.

It is an awesome working environment, great culture and food relations between staff members, clients and trade partners. There is a solid base of work structures as to who does what and everyone plays a very solid role to being a team.

Great Learning Curve, Flexibility, Great exposure to lots of work systems

Great team to work with, close knit and hard working individuals. I have learnt to embrace people and the different dynamis that come into the workplace and the importance of treating them with respect. I enjoy meeting new people everyday and sharing stories about everyday life. The work entails more admin work with leaves only a small space for engagement.

Pros: Great career growth potential and learning curve.
Cons: Long working hours, Weekends and Public Holidays. Growth would mean relocation as the position level is limited in the area

The Corporate Work Review

A typical work day would include number crunching, working with creative individuals in marketing and stressing about campaign deadlines. Co-workers are always ready to lend a helping hand Biggest lesson learnt: Always cover yourself. In the corporate world when you are up against the ropes, there isnt anyone else to help you but yourself. I truly enjoy interacting with the marketing team. they keep an active and lively vision of our brands the most challenging would be to work towards inhumane expectations of the business environment

Pros: Promotions are available if you seize the opportunity, great brands to work on, flexible schedule
Cons: mounting economic pressure on businesses to stay afloat, ridiculous timing expectations

Quick learner

• Ensuring accurate daily planning; contacting all customers due for delivery and facilitating follow-up sales calls; • Preventing late orders by placing them accurately and timeously on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ensuring the maintenance of customer satisfaction and minimizing returns • Confirming all orders with customers to ensure validity and accuracy, before submission • Correcting incomplete orders, checking all EDI orders and releasing / rejecting or escalating queries where required to the appropriate department • Performing sales activities (order taking, customer inquiry management, product and promotion awareness, and customer relationship management) to consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals • Assisting customer with order make-up using the ERP/ CRM system functionality and visibility of past orders

Pros: Distell is a very good company to work for, they look after their employees
Cons: Sometimes the industry get tough and can be risky visiting some customers

Great personal growth gained

As Maintenance planner at the Spirit department I am involved in all primary and secondary types of plant maintenance, which includes abnormal maintenance, special projects, shut down maintenance, pre-season maintenance as well RCM maintenance. Which includes other plants (van Ryn Cellar and The Cooperage). My daily duties include scheduling plan maintenance, creating work order for the engineering workshop on site and managing the workforce on SAP. Liaising with outside contractors to perform work on specialized machinery and to ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced according to the OSH Act.

Pros: excellent learning opportunity
Cons: its a little stiff
