Cost control. Product and skills training, trades and various aspects of projects to completion
I worked on site overseeing labour and subcontractor works. My relationship with other employees are good, though we rather concentrate on getting the work done as soon as possible and efficiently. I gained a lot of knowledge of the building sector as well as Health and Safety policies and regulations. Each day is an experience. I enjoy the end result after the finishing is done and I can challenge myself to perform better. Developers each have their own requirements regarding finishing and therefore I especially pay attention to detail with finishing work and according to their requirements
Pros: Payments are always on time every fortnight. With a Building program in place you always know in advance what is expecting from you.
Cons: Travelling from Strand to Cape Town
