Eye opening to have access to different operational models. I enjoy to see the results of my Continuous Improvement contribution. The biggest challenge is to get commitment to seamless compliance and continuous improvement initiatives from Senior managers.

Need a new challange

I am positive, enthusiastic and always ready for a new challenge. I am self-disciplined and take my career very serious. I have always started at the bottom of companies and worked myself up to managerial positions. I am honest and loyal towards my employers. Everyday is a blessing from God and I am grateful for the opportunities that comes my way.

Pros: I work two days a week from home.
Cons: No promostion opportunaties in current compay.
