Every Monday morning we have a meeting discussing the current workload for the week and due dates for each drawing. We have a Job Card system for drawings as the job card is raised we classify the priority accordingly and allocate the job to the responsible Draughtsman

Been in construction and civils for more than 20years

Dundee Precious Metals Tsumeb is a large company that smelts gold,silver and copper in raw materials and is then made into blisters which is returned to the customer.My Day was divided up in to meetings and site visits.As a project coordinator I was responsible for building and repairs on exciting buildings.I would have various sub contractors to carry out such work and had a very good rapport with my fellow workers. The work carried out can be rather challenging with deadlines to meet and with very high safety aspectects. What I enjoy most is creating nothing to something and leaving my good name behind.

Pros: Good working environment
Cons: Not having all required materials on site to complete daily tasks
