• Responsible for day to day quality management in the production and laboratory facility. • Completing of HACCP documentation and checklists. • Checking of daily CIP (cleaning in place) procedures is being done properly. • Monitoring of date codes, label information, packaging and raw materials. • Day to day requirements and administration. • Responsible for checking analysis, creating COA’s, signing of COA’s and customer requests with regards to COA’s. • Continuous review of raw materials and finished goods against specifications. • Conduct regular Hygiene check and swabs on staff (hand swabs), equipment and building. • Ensure retention samples are taken and stored correctly.

Good Learnership Programmes

A typical work day at Dynamic Brands is busy and exciting usually because of the pressure but also due to the fact that plans always change! I have developed a good working relationship with my co-workers since we started working together. I have learnt to be a good judge of character which has enabled me to communicate and work well with others. People are vital in any business and the success of your staff plays a large role on the success of the company.
