Always provide good customer service

flexible staff member , always punctual, use opportunities whenever need , always make sure the customer is satisfied, i am a friendly person,i can open and close the store without problems and i can use a computer to send emails and faxes.

Pros: i had a great opportunity of becoming the store manager because i always relieve other managers whenever the are on leave
Cons: we sometimes work from 8 in the morning till 4 O clock the next day

Managers are made

Grow with the company from being a casual in 2007, i have learned from different people and taught more that turn in managers to date, i promoted lot of employees from junior positions to Senior position, at edcon it has being a home to me.
