Pressured environment with deadlines that need to be met daily Days are very varied and can change at a moments notice Attention to detail is required and good communication skills needed to deal with a wide variety of people on a daily basis from clients to staff and management Constant interruptions On the spot problems to be solved need to think out the box Wide general knowledge required of all building workings

Working At the Lodge

Direct co-ordinating of all day to day maintenance as well as planning and overseeing of all projects to completion within budgets and on time . Handling of all emergencies as and when required Pre plan all work taking into account staffing and clients Every day varies and you need to be able to think out the box in an emergency keeping in mind that geusts are paying to be there and need minimal disruptions . No day is identical very varied work and can be highly pressured . Besides any emergency all work has to be pre planned and carried out according to seasonal occupancy . Report directly to the general manager but work co-ordinating with all staff.

Pros: Stunning work enviroment
Cons: Only offer 3 day week and need full time employment
