Tbi breweries workshop suppervisor and 15 years service,sako workshop manager and 10 years service

My working day start at 07.00 at a site where ever it may be.We start with a meeting what to do and what still left to do.A quick stock control and check plant before they start working.The rest of day doing runnig repairs and services.End of day cleaning working area before going home.I beleive to lead by example with the people arround me and co workers.In this company i have learned a lot about construction and hydraulics.The most i enjoy about my work is that everyday is a new experience.To be some times be away from home for a long time.

Pros: There not realy pros to go higher than im now
Cons: No problem with working long hours use to work long hours

Hard working.

I am a hard working HRM and always working under pressure. I am proud of my job and a very dedicated individual. I priotise my job and always do it at the best of my abilty. Working for the company I work for now for 06 years taught me so much and groomed me professionaly. Regards Yolanda Mgiba
