I am a fully certified, trained and experienced electrician who is able to meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality. And I am technically minded and have excellent problem solution skills and I am an expert at diagnosing electrical problems by studying Diagrams, Manuals, Specifications and using fault diagnostic equipment. My strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills make me an invaluable asset as an electrical Technician. I am currently employed by Eskom, My strongest attributes include identifying unsafe electrical situations, installing wiring systems. Furthermore, I easily manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, and prioritise workloads with great attention to detail. Learning how to be a Quality Assessor
We worked well with my co-workers if we had issues they did not affect our customers and we always managed to resolve them. My communication has improved i have learned how to deal with difficult customers without fear. I enjoyed learning about new systems.

Cons: when we had a lot of users holding, it was difficult for the team to reach SLA

Learnt how to deal with different characters of people.
The Supervisor gives the name of the people to contact on sales for the product all day long you contact people with marketing. I do enjoy this job because I do love to talk in real life was supposed to be a teacher by birth. To have an understanding Supervisor and knows how to treat the colleague and juniors it makes me happy and enjoy my duty. The challenge is when its difficult to reach the target to make a lot of money.
Pros: work hard to get promotion
Cons: i can work long hours if there are benefits like remuneration .

Site Quality engineer, Quality Assurer, Lead Quality Inspector,
I am conducting inspections and representing the client to the contractor for almost 10 years plus. I also do a lot of document reviews and acceptance of them before any works can be conducted. I have total Quality Management Certificate which qualifies me to implement processes and monitor procedures for flaws and improvement thereof
Pros: continually improving systems and reviewing QITP
Cons: Long working hours and being far away from work site.

Future of offering better service to consumers will be established within the Smart Grid division
90% of the time I am on my own and thus have to be available always telephonically or via e-mail to provide assistance my colleagues as most of the time out of office. Organizing meetings including our weekly departmental meeting Taking minutes and following up on action items from previous meeting which must be completed before the next meeting. Constantly editing manager's diary to accommodated adhoc meetings requested by my manager's seniors and or last minute trips. I've mostly enjoyed being part of the team that established Smart Grid (totally new division). Work with highly qualified and technical people, all ages, from different backgrounds but have one vision. The energy and excitement is infectious. Being surrounded by Engineers and Specialists I have learnt to be secure in my own abilities, skills and what I have to offer them (this organisation) is just as relevant and has motivated me to study further for my own development.

Knowledge is power
I am a 30 year old driven individual who loves a good laugh. I see every situation as a learning opportunity and very much inquisitive. I am not afraid to admit when I'm wrong and always ensure that the mistake is corrected asap. I love interacting with especially my colleagues who've been here longer than myself as they always have things to teach not just about the job but about life too. I get along very well with everybody and believe my work relationships are important. Sharing a cup of tea at the tea station with my colleagues often we come up with fresh ideas.people management and unrealistic timelines are usually challenging but because i work well with my peers, e help each other out. A day in the office is a bliss!

Dealing with the same thing everyday
good relationship with co-workers and learning behavior of customers everyday. Enjoy dealing with customers . the challenging issue is when payment is not done on time or paid to the wrong supplier.
