To gain more exposure and experience
At work dealing with Project management daily, from execution phase to handing over the project. I am working with a good and motivated team. we always working together solving issues and have one goal I have learn a lot, how to work and handle the contractors working with the stakeholders. health and safety procedures enjoying the most, doing project management from execution phase till finishing the project. most challenges when the contractor not complaining and not performing when there's a conflicts between the owners of the land and environmental issues to get a permits takes long time.

I AM A FAST LEARNER ALWAYS WILLING TO KNOW NEW THINGS.
AT ESKOM I AM WORKING FROM 7:30 TO 16:00 BUT FROM 12:30 TO 13:00 ITS A BREAK .I AM A SELF DISCIPLINE PERSON , I HAVE LEARNED A LOT FROM FIELD TO THE OFFICE WORKING AS A METERING TECHNICIAN DOING REPLACEMENT OF METERS WORKING WITH PROGRAMS OF METERS AT THE FIELD AT THE OFFICE WORKING WITH DATA OF METERS SO THAT CUSTOMERS IS BILLED CORRECT, I ENJOYED WORKING WITH METER DATA AT THE OFFICE CORRECTING DATA, THE MOST CHALLENGING PART IS TO CORRECT THE DATA OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT WAS BILLED INCORRECT.
Pros: I AM ALWAS LOOKING FOR PROMOTIONS

Fast leaner
I am a hard working person and a fast leaner i work hard whene i put my mind on it expecially if it concen my future i have a N1 to N4 cetifficates currentely studing my N5 i have no working experience but i would like to be accepted in this apprentice so that i can have experience in the work place as i have not worked any where before

I love what I do and enjoy my work. I take pride in excellent performance. I'm a team worker and and team leader. I am easy and accessible. I am a charismatic leader and can lead a multidisciplinary teams. I enjoy the company of colleagues and I am a good listener. I enjoy challenges and can work under pressure. I am very flexible and can relocate should the need arise. I have acquired a lot of experience as a manager in different roles and levels with my current area of employment.

Exprerience
At Eskom KZN-OU I am exposed in Electrical network design and construction. Electric network equipment * maintenance * commissioning * and installations of panels Breakers and structures so is updating equipment. I enjoy equipment updates and driving to sites for checking construction progress. It was challenging at first having to instruct older workers but I got used to it.
Pros: If the company has vacancies I am sure I would be absorbed as we , me and my current trainee group are the first preference in the case of vacancies
Cons: Everyday is a learning Day and everyday you have to report
