I've gained an experience
I was working front desk assisting customer on a daily basis with accounts and explain ing bills to them. some days it will be difficult as I met with different personalities which I haf to keep calm at all times, so that I'll be able to attend to their queries and give a excellent customer service.

Excellent career development path
Despite the negative media reports on mismanagement at the top. Eskom is still a good company to work for and to further develop one's skills. Opportunities for a career growth is still good to excellent.

Excellent development and learning
Planning and design power networks . Good interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills Learning experience : Develop new solutions to elevate network constraints and accommodate future economic developments. Challenging aspect is to give a solution that is economically viable and sustainable .

Electrical Intern Diploma Engineer
I have Electrical Qualification and experience with Eskom of 3 years. I started as a trainee under Electrical department earning R8000.00 then after a year completed my National diploma then I became an intern to the same department. As an intern was expected to do work and to deliver as required where I had to responsible for certain systems and my salary increased to 18220.50 and take home was 15820.00. I have gained alot of experience and I can manage my work, working under pressure, decision making and so many skills has been developed through my training and responsibilities I have been given. Excellent learning curve
I have developed good understanding of working with people of different races,gender and ages,I was not happy with the salary but I learnt a lot expecially presantations and tool box talks

Construction Project Manager at Eskom
Malibongwe Fudu is an Project Manager at Eskom Group Capital division. He has been at Eskom for 9 years and 9 months. His main role is that of an execution project manager for construction of transmission substation and line projects.His main duties are project execution planning, project execution, control and close out.
Pros: The Job is satisfying because at the end one is able to see what has been built.
Cons: As an State owned company there are many rules which often delays the works.

Best learning programme in-service training
I am a hard working person.During training so far at Eskom I have learnt lots of things at Distribution about how the manage to keep the business going by making sure they give quality of supply to customers. they provide good training and good communication team work. They have electrical equipment/apparatus transformers, breakers, voltage transformers, current transformers etc. they needs to be maintained after certain time of operation or replaced if they are faulty.
Pros: They give best training about the job.
Cons: trainees do not get standby.

Excellent learning curve
As an enthusiastic Call Center Agent with excellent convincing power and the ability to focus on results, I am confident that I can make a significant contribution Previously, I worked at eskom where I gained hands-on experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls. I possess a solid background in taking incoming calls and providing information to customers in the minimum frame of time. Moreover, I have the ability to assure quality of each call as I understand the value of time for both the customers and the company.

Skills is what i have gain during my career , diffrent enginering and project proccessis
at time the emergent work calls and we really need to push the tasks at at hand , otherwise the normal routine maintenance activities continues , planned job and emergent tasks , as the artisan from Eskom environment we are bound to be RP's take out permits to confirm that the plant is safe to work on. working with different people is challenging and interesting at the same time, its give you the opportunity to learn and grow in dealing with different characters. i really enjoy to concentrate and completes my tasks at good quality saving time in the most appropriate way. and the challenging thing is to work with negative people , so must encourage the team the best way possible you can in order to achieve the best results by achieving our objectives in time.
