Like to contribute to positive improvement opportunities in the business. Been exposed to electrical engineering environment as well as various business processes and IT solutions sometime make it easier to contextualize business users requirements for existing system changes and or new solution requirements. On a daily basis plan, schedule and facilitate elicitation sessions with business stakeholders, attending system or management forums to gain insight on business IT challenges, advising on processes on how to raise new demand or changes to Group IT. Believe the most challenging part of my job is delivering solutions within the end user expectations - normally the governance in IT projects take a few years from requirements been documented until a solution is implemented and by that time end users needs evolve to something else.

Working with senior Engineers,Technician & Atirsan
Team working is what I have being practicing a lot and also workinjg alone.Working underpressure at a minimum time given make me to improve my standard of thinking.Having a good relationship with senior employees was giving me good time to a company.
Pros: No positions are full
Cons: Long working hours is what we are doing most of the time

My daily vocabulary is based on time, quality and cost effective
I have engaged myself in many business activist in my childhood and university period. It has also been a great pleasure to follow my dreams although it wasn't easy. I am a passionate and big dreamer kind of a person. I love doing what I do and assist other to also learn and grow while I grow. I love working in a teams and groups of individuals who have passion to see thing done properly and efficiently.

Personal career grown
I work as as a safety profeesional. My day to day in not confirmed as there are emergencies on site, I have had an opportuninty to work in contractor management and also implement and maintain management systems. I work wel undepresure althou would like to things done on time. I have learn not to treat everone the same as I had to build a team from scratch, I have also imporoved on my litsenning skills.

Good career
Eskom holdings has given me a great career opportunity up to this point. I have been train in many disciplines. I was hired as a student in operating and had since completed my trade test instrumentation, my diploma in electrical engineering, my level quality inspector and last but not least I have acquired my diploma in safety management. I have had an opportunity to work in different department which has given me a wide range of knowledge and experience. I have also had an opportunity to work with different kind of people which has improved my people's skills.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve but company is bankrupt and there is no growth or promotions anymore, work during the day for 8 hours with no night shifts used to work standbys and overtime but not anymore, benefits for the company are very good because you get pension fund, medical aid and lot of allowances like house allowance, livework incentives

ENVIRONMENTAL
it is a very conducive construction environment, with various disciplines , with various tribes of people with various behaviors. it is an enjoyable working environment. I meet friendly people but all committed to strive to achieve the goals and mandate of the company. Conducting site inspections, assessing various documents related to activities and rendering environmental advices on any possible environmental risk that may be posed as a result of lack of environmental compliance. Challenges; Some other discipline tend to take short carts and come to consult only when something went wrong.
Pros: I am a real hardworker and always a self motivated someone who also strive to achive goals for the discipline and contribute to the company's goals.

Best training programme
During training so far at Eskom I have learnt lots of things at Distribution about how the manage to keep the business going by making sure they give quality of supply to customers. I have learnt to communicate effectively and work in teams. working environment was very good they treat one another the same way its like we come from the same family. The most challenging thing about the job is when there is breakdown and the electric supply is cut off for some time say from 6am to 6pm to do maintenance and customers keep on asking when the supply will return.

Best industry for learning.
Eskom distribution provides the best learning materials to its students and a good working environment to its employees. While I was doing my inservise with eskom I was given good opportunity to learn and explore my skill. Colleges were good and treated me with respect and love. The project deadlines taught me time management and I enjoyed working in teams.
