I feel my experience is not fully utilised
I feel I have in the industry for long and my experience is not utilised enough, I have a very good staff relation and I always believe that staff is the main part of the business. I enjoy some time coming across with business and then after solving them, I become as I know I have leant something.
Pros: Im looking for a great place where i can teach youngers to have my experience so as for thi industry to grow

I'm very much passionate on Hospitality industry, it s in my blood, I want to it going far.
I'm very much in controls, good relationship with staff, I do have listing skills, good relationship with the client, always respect SLA and the Contract between my company the client. I also take HSE very seriously , to make sure that my staff and the client's employees and their visitors are safe at all CV times. Food quantity and service is always my best priority as well. I make sure that my staff get trained by and improve time and again.Contninously contact with client and my Head Office .
Pros: Not much, depending on your manager
Cons: Do work overtime, when when business require your presence

Responsibility
Liaising with clients regarding requests done. Scheduling meeting with clients physically and telephonically with regard to their requests and making sure their requests are well understood and reporting back to the space planners to update their requests from exiting floor lay out to proposed lay-outs. As far as my relationship with co-workers is concerned, I have a very excellent relationship with my co-workers and that include respect and team work. Hard working and completing tasks is paramount. Working smart, scheduling your every daily tasks. When projects have not been completed as scheduled and escalations.
Pros: Willing to learn
Cons: Overtimes
