Exlent learning

I started here in 2007 was great in the beginning but now becomes only a day to day job, there is no challenges. Mostly it is maintenance on winding engine plants and main ventilation fans. And from time to time pump chamber maintenance. I also release the Forman when on leave and when abbsent

Enjoying good communication with co workeretsang and team building.earger to to learn further and gain skills.wamt to improve company standard and it's production.helping in minimising incidents and accidents.long working hours will depend in type of job that i am doing,Not necessarily stressing because it's part of a job.

Am enjoying myself but I wish to grow and get developed

Um fitter working nicely with other artisans underground and scarface maintening all engineering iquipment. Preventing big breakdowns that can cost the company

Pros: I have gained a lot of experience
Cons: Um working 8 hours every day unless if the is a break down I work more than that

I'm a very dedicated person with passion to do my job excellent

I Work at harmony gold for more that 4 years as underground. I worked at plant doing maintenance and repair,. Underground ground most it was blasting machines, rest them and so on electrician

I have learned alot in the processing departent

What I love the most is safety I have learned alot when it comes to safety,my team used to be a beautiful team to work wit,now theres only 4 of us left.my my challenges at the moment are there's no growth at the moment

Increasing company's stakeholders equity by being efficient in running projects.

A typical working day requires me to Plan ahead , Check contractors performance index and Job Quality, maintain balance between deliverable's costs, time and quality. Working relations allows me to do managerial presentations on monthly basis, manage costs and schedule performance.

Good income

Fair salary for a security pesonnel.......Environment is good and internal control also magnificent.Procedures attached are conforming with South African regulations.Leadership at its level best.Health and safety are the priority

No housing for employees.

Overall a great mine to work on, accept that they don't have housing(I sleep in the changehouse as a Shift Boss).Worker compliments is a mess(always shortages).

Pros: Great opportunity to study.
Cons: Long working hours and no housing.
