I was a supervisor leading a team of 30 people doing trenching for fibre cables, the relationship was good whereby we was able to reach daily target.

Excellent

Its so nice working because you get to interact with new people everyday and the are so many you learn from people whom are seniors. Working under pressure its what we do which teacher you that somwtimes you just have to put everything aside and focus on one thing so that you can produce excellent results.
