Sharp ability in solving problems and engage into team work with excellent personal skills.

I am working for a manufacturing company currently as a manufacturing intern. Being granted this 12 months working period at this company has been a great brighter path for my career so far because I am exposed to the real chemical engineering world and I am given an opportunity to learn, independent and supervise. My typical day at my company is assisting with project proposals, Waste water Treatment Plant production, daily production data capture, problem solving and trouble shooting, equipment's orders (valves, pumps, etc..), P&ID reviews, CIP, extract data from SAP, manage a project from inception to completion, and laboratory tests.

Excellent

I have 24 years of experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse management. In terms of SAP system I have got no doubt with that I'm a Super user and I'm of my self on that.I was involved in inbounds and outbounds logistics and a mentor, team player and a good listener putting safety first for everything within the working environment. Making sure every morning we have Tool talk meeting in a grey area to insure that we have a good start-up for a day and irons out all problems encountered the previous day.Safety,Housekeeping, 5s principles and inventory management is not compromised. Circle /Random and stock counts to be done regularly to avoid stock losses and all deliveries to be on time in full.

Very good learning within a global organisation

I perform all HR functions within ny role including supporting sub Saharan Africa. Great working relationship with colleagues, employees and executive staff. Ive learnt a lot of compassion when performing my role. I enjoy employee engagement a whole lot more than being behind the computer. Most challenging aspects are to roll out a new project and having to teach the organisation to adapt to change.
