The job that I''m currently doing I love it

I'm physically challenged ( Prosthetics Legs both below knees). I'm working with people with different disabilities and I enjoy providing services to them. I'm working in a transportation environment, providing service to disable people. I am a Team leader, having a good relationship with my fellow colleagues

To be a awesome,honest and strong leader

I`m a hard worker,a go getter and a honest christain person who serve the Lord with all he`s heart.I enjoy new challengers and take it as a opportunity to grow in every area of my life. A good leader does not need a title to be a good leader,a strong leader leads by example(humility,love and faith in what he does)I`m a persons who adheres to company procedures and policy,i`ve very clude up on iso 90001 and currantly in charge of 68 vehicles ranging from 65 seater,22 seater,14 seater and 7 seater(mercedes benz,toyota,tata and ikon)

Excellent experience received at current company

I have learned so much at this company. Always room for improvement. Very nice place to be at Most of what I know today is what I have learned at the company. I have grown so much from being a cleaner to a bookings clerk and currently an accounts receivable team leader. The company opened its doors for me with no experience and I will be forever grateful towards them. I enjoy everything

Learning curve

I have experienced and undergone training to work with disabled people. Providing them transportation. It is a great experience to interact with different kind of physical disabilities. That is the best part of my job. Where managent are concern, we working too long hours for such little money. Evereday thay create new rules and we as drivers must just abide with it. And its not rules stipulated on paper, but word mouth. We are not even considered in this rules. Only management gain. There is no consistency. Rules and regulations change all the time without explanation

INTERESTED IN JOB AND QUICK LEARNER

I HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH EVERYBODY AT WORK. WE MAKE EVERYDAY A GOOD DAY. I HAVE LEARNED A LOT FROM WHERE I HAVE COME FROM. I HAD NO ADMIN AND BOOKINGS AND INVOICING EXPERIENCE AND HERE IS WHERE I'VE LEARNED EVERYTHING. I ENJOY COME TO WORK BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IN THIS INDUSTRY. EVEN THOUGH SOMETIMES THINGS ARE NOT SO WELL BUT THROUGH GRACE WE ARE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY THAT IS WHY WE ALWAYS MAKE THE BEST OF EVERYDAY.

Lesson to be learnt.. dont judge the book by its cover.

I have learnt so many things both positive and negative while working at this company but I can't deal with unorganized people that don't know how to prioritize. Parhetic managers, supervisors and boss. These people set goals that cant be reached.. Working hours and salary structures are appalling and sad to say that we dont even get any incentives for working hard. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place of work
