Probably one of the best Company to work for. Great employee benefits. Most line managers allows for flexible working hours and even working from home is generally allowed. Management is very approachable (open door policy is real) I enjoy the autonomy with which I am allowed to do my work as an expert in my field. No micro-management.

Cons: Poor job-security. Retrenchments have been frequent in the past few years.
