Team leader
I like my company because is challenging and is a growing company.I learn lots of things because when I started work at 2015 I was doing Admin now I am Team leader Project Administrator.I have a good relationship with co-workers as we work as a team.I learnt to work with Chinese people.I enjoying to work big company like Huawei because I learn lots of things from different people and culture. The most challenging is when I need documents from the subcontractor they gave me hard time but I know to handle them.

Excellent learning curve
because at Huawei we work in teams or department every week we had a team meeting to solve all the issues we had so working as a team wa great.i had to go to site and do a system development for the atn905 project.what I have learned is diverse culture of employees as well as to solve a problem as a developer.i like travelling to different provinces to meet with clients as well as enhancing my people and communication skills as we deal with clients all the time in the development of systems .

Excellent environment for learning
Excellent environment for learning I enjoyed working with different people I experienced the best ever relationship with my coworkers and supervisor. Easy access to senior management makes it possible for one to succeed. The company is results driven. What ever it takes, one has to deliver the results. The recognize and reward individual contributions.

Excellent platform for growth
As the Media Affairs manager I was responsible for all PR and Media communication for Huawei Corporate and the Carrier business group. My typical day at work would include following up on industry news and our media coverage. Writing up our internal newsletter. Reviewing executive speeches, letters etc. Stakeholder engagement, keeping up-to-date with our communication strategy and checking in with our PR agency. I was responsible for media buying and content development for all media platforms. Copywriting for corporate communications. Huawei is a multilevel reporting environment that has taught me to keep up with competing deadlines. I have learnt a lot from being exposed to an innovative multi national and multicultural environment.
Pros: Great platform to grow on a skills perspective. Many social and skills club for employees to network.
Cons: Long working hours due to Head Quarters having a different time zone.
