Major routines working as process technicians are:  Service and do analysis on Quanto spectrometric machine  Preparing the charges/materials for operators to charge  Mass balance on different alloys in order to achieve the targeted alloy and meet customer ‘s expectations  Develop and review SOPs  Research and development of products and processes  Problem solving custodian  Mentoring of level 1 team, working with very cooperative team  Knowledge of operating melting furnaces both induction furnace and Melting furnaces  Train the operators on the changes on Bes, new system, amendments of SOPs and safety talks  Identifying Safety Risks and implement safe way of performing the task or walking environment  Knowledge of melting processes  Metal balance and planning for the plant  Podfa analysis (inclusion analysis)  Computer Skills  Communication and interpersonal skills

The people that i interact with are the people who works i the plant as well as people in admin

I enjoy working for my company especially for my department since I came here I've learnt about the process fro the raw materials are purchased and used into the production process and the process from finished goods to the customer. my work is to allocate the manufacturing costs to the correct accounts and putting actual figures at month end for expenses for all departments. I enjoy my job because it's about the application of accounting procedures.

Pros: Transfer from creditors department to Costing Department.
