Growth Within

Every morning we have coffee and discuss what our planning for the day has in store. We go out and evaluate current staff, give training when so required and assist where we can. Once a month we have Classroom training, we plan and prepare for the group to give them the best training experience they will ever have. Our goal is to provide our learners with enough skill and knowledge to be able to do their job correctly and smooth out any issues that arises. I have a wonderful relationship with the area manager, we work well as a team. I enjoy in-store training, it gives me satisfaction knowing I have empowered a new employee with the knowledge to perform accordingly. One thing I have learned during this experience is that adult based education is not for everyone. Each person is taught at their pace and each person learns differently.

Good leadership and management

It has been a great journey with obstacles there and there and it was good to turn this obstacles into opportunities and achieved great positive results. Nothing is impossible as we work and execute our duties as a team. Team work made it easy for us. The working environment also very conducive. Challenges are deadlines but we always meet them

Pros: Being 2 steps ahead of opposition in terms of creativity and using the disadvantages to your advantage.
Cons: Is the key to this industry. No problem with that

I have learned a lot.

Its a great place to work. The people are very friendly. It may take a while to get used to the working environment but all in all, Management and employees have a very good working relationship. The only problem is there is no room for growth.

Pros: very flexible management
Cons: no promotions
