Pros: been promoted to senior position
Cons: 12 hours shift

Good communication skills make me get promotion every year

IDL LOGISTICS have given me chances to build my skill in warehouse because now i know warehouse job from receiving process to storage ,to picking, to Checking, to leading and dispatching of trucks

Pros: each and every year was getting promotion
Cons: willing to know everything in warehouse
