Excellent learning experience in the fmcg environment

I have gained an experience in the 3pl warehouse and logistics environment in an international company. The company policies on some of the things are bridged for personal interests and favouritism and nepotism is seen practical. The company culture is simple but treatment is totally different and based on who wants what. Not happy about how we get treated racially not by performance based.

Pros: Good opportunity for development.

Excellent Learning Curve

Good working relations, good company culture, excellent learning curve and I enjoy interacting with all individuals from different backgrounds and different hierarchy. There's minimal transparency - communication is mostly one way and that is downward.

Best International Company Distribution and Supply Chain Services

Friendly colleges to work with. A very understanding Boss and perks like boneses monthly targets. Working hours are a bit long but there is always shift changes that get done. We have a good labor broker working with us as staffing does get challenging. Strong admin lady's that assist all the time.

Promoted from Operation controller to Senior Manager within 2 years in the company

With proven history of restructuring organisation in terms of operations and processes compliance to deliver excellence service. I am passionate about problem solving. I was instrumental and responsible for bringing non-profitable Depots back to a profitable operation.

Pros: I was promoted from OPS Controller to Site Manager
Cons: long hours and always on standby for the week
