The tasks that i do on a daily basis and even jump to the second level if its recovered

o Proactively monitoring security systems’ health and performance using CATS-NMS o Troubleshooting corrupted antivirus client on customer’s endpoints and if required re-install the client. o Ensuring all the security servers situated on clients’ site are operational at all time. o Delivering 24/7 monitoring and support to clients. o Logging calls using CAT and Remedy tool. o Performing daily health check and weekly reports for all TrendMicro products, namely: OfficeScan, SMEX, IMSVA,IWSVA,Deep Security,Tipping Point and TMCM. o Performing daily health check and weekly reports on Fortiweb (WAF) my relation with my co workers its great , we learn a lot from each other , I learnt that in the IT world if you depend on training or you wait for someone to come and show you something you will never learn anything ,you should research and explore.

Pros: there are great opportunities for promotion

I am will to learn more

1. Run the test scripts on existing instance(CRM Modules). 2. Do documentation of the test script. 3. Manage the repository of the documentation. 4. Learn project administration work such as taking minutes and coordination for the meetings

I've learnt lot of things as I'm working in one of largest telecommunications in Africa.

I work under liquid telecom project where we support thousands of companies around the continent. My daily job is to communicate with clients and provide update on progress of calls, answer phone from clients and log new calls, provide update, troubleshoot network related problems.most challenge of job dealing with lot of clients in same time.

Pros: The opportunity is there because the company is growing gradually
Cons: 6am to 6pm

EXCELLENT AND PRODUCTIVE LEARNING CURVE

I work shifts , weekends and public holidays. i have managed to put my theory into practice. i have a very good relationship with my team mates. i have learnt to work independently, to write reports and to meet deadlines. i enjoy holding meetings with my bosses and to be open about the challenges. Challenges that i face are clients that do not want to follow procedures .

Pros: working in various departments and good chances of promotions
Cons: working shifts
