Great learning curve

It's good working in indaba just like any other company it has its up and downs.What I like about indaba hotel is the busy conference because it's quite a challenging that comes with learning situation. My relationship with staff it's excellent because I work with them ,most of my work is in the morning so during the day I got to help them.

Pros: I will love a place with opportunities and growth
Cons: I don't mind long working hours

Exellent learning curve

Its a bit of a tough working environment but its ok and we do get along as co workers and its its a challenging as front of house but its what i enjoy doing and i am a good communicator even bad days and blue mondays i still stick to my hard work.

Excellent learning experience

My name Ronald Naidoo I'm currently at the indaba hotel in richard bay as a head chef. I have gained knowledge and experience in the kitchen from menu planning,stock taking,purchasing to receiving,managing buffets and ala carte, banqueting functions, opera and o.e inventory. I have applied for this position as I believe that I have the credentials too sucessfully accomplish the duties expected of me.

First learner, who has the ability to learn

We were one family ??, we Loved one another. I learned a lot at indaba hotel welcome guests with smile everyday appreciate them. I enjoyed every moment of indaba hotel. the most challenging is to please an angry customer .but at the end we please them is what we do for the best.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Normal hours / long hours I don't mind

Do it right first time, as there is no latter on

What can I say in this regard is absolutely way out but i like my job and I'm willing to go and extra mile to achieve the company goals. I'm a hard worker and prepared to work long hours to reach a target

Excellent learning experience

I lreaned a lot from my current role at work from guests to colleagues. As a receptionist being proffessional and and presentable is the most important thibg as a front office worker. Have a good coomunication with colleagues, always on time. Most enjoyable thing about my job is that there is no pressure at all,there's a chance for you to learn things on your own.
