Really good way to start my first job

Everyday at work we have fun but also have time to do our work. My co-workers and I have an excellent relationship and have grown really close. I have learnt many life choices and how the world works while out of school. The most hardest part of my job is constantly calling clients for payments.

Good

It's a good company but there's no space to go up within the business. Our team gets along great and interact a lot and set goals together. The most challenging part of my job is to meet deadlines, but by setting daily goals I achieve my deadlines.

Pros: Good relationships with co workers and an ideal job to start off in the working industry
Cons: No opportunity to move forward

ELEARNING EXPERIENCE

IT'S A VERY FUN ENVIRONMENT WITH DEDICATED HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS,DRIVEN TO MEET THEIR DAILY OR MONTHLY TARGETS.THE TEAM IS VERY STRONG WORKING IN COLLABORATION TASKS WHICH ALSO HELPS THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH THE OPERATING PRODUCTS AND SYSTEMS.BUT SOMETIMES AGENTS FAIL TO MEETS THEIR STIPULATED TARGETS BUT STAYING CLOSE TO IT HOWEVER THE PRINCIPALS OF THE INSTITUTION HAVE ALWAYS BRINGING A POSITIVE FEEDBACK CONCERNING PERFOMANCE APPRASALS TO AGENTS.
