Good in working independently
I am a hard worker who does meets deadlines . I make good relationships with colleagues however I work more productive in my own space. I have learned to prioritize my work in order of importance The most challenging about my work is when having to deal with SMME payments Certificate trying to make certisfied while have to save for the company as well.
Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Less time to develop myself career wise

I work hard for the company and still they say that I am not working, and always treat me as a dog
The company is big and it is a grade 8 company so it is a good company for building work but now that it is under a project management it is not doing what it was supposed to be doing
Pros: Not a great idea to work for it as an student from college
Cons: Long working hours with no pay

Excellent learning curve
I am most dealing with people on site, allowing everyone on site to learn the roads technical work like working towards reaching the production for the day. I have learnt road structural design and most importantly, how to deal with people. I enjoy most of the work I do, managing people, explaining to them the work they need to per day etc. The most challenging part of the work i do is that it has a limited space for one to make mistakes, which therefore makes one work under presure to make sure everything is well done.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Moving into different site in a short period of time
