where I work in our office we are a call center company I respond to emails send by customer who want to apply for a funeral cover for avbob, metropolitan and discovery I have learned how to handle rejection from people and not to give up I enjoyed talking to different kinds of people I also enjoyed the working hour because some other time if I want to reach my target and exceed it. i worked on saturdays

Pros: growth
Cons: long hours

An average learning curve

Company is not bad because atleast they provide leads , but problem is that we work hard for him to get lots of money and at the end we end up earning peanuts. On top of it he keeps hiring but very stingy where ,we struggle to get tissues,milk and sugar . How we suppose to produce when this no motivation for staff??

Pros: Ok .
Cons: Hours are good , we work from 8:00-16:30
