Good environment to work with in and its challenging

It is such a good environment to work in but sometimes you get challenges ghat do need someone strong to face them. Working long hours with no compensation.

Extremely negative environment

The Company is managed and owned by one person who hires and fires as he pleases with no regard to due process or rule of law when it comes to disciplinary procedures. Numerous senior people have lost their livelihood as a result of the CEO's conduct and disregard for family life.

I've learned a lot from Intercape as they provide training as a professional driver,now I have a polished skill regards to my driving.I plan ahead for any hazards stationery and moving.

Customer service

I work so good with my coworkers for all of this years. It was a good learning cuv about customers service. I am a easy learner and hard worker. I do everything with patients. I do enjoy are good environment where everyone is treated equal.

Excellent Compnay to work for

A typical day will start with assisting the debtors & creditors department with soft ware applications. All my coworkers are special in each individual way , we are a great team and family. I have learnt a lot about Hire Purchase contracts the dealing of a big company like this. Enjoy the most the open office environment and open door policy. We have open discussions and we support each other.

Excellent learning curve

Everyday- •Assisting with meeting •Taking Minutes in meetings •Assisting – HR, Finance, Technical, operations and Directors Admin. •Assisting with Invoices / Accounts •Assisting with making Phone calls and taking messages Relationship With Co-Workers - We are like family. Work great together, get along and also great friends at work and after work. What you have learnt - •How to work as a team •How to work alone with out any supervision What you enjoy most - •Working with people that feels like your family The most challenging aspects of the job - •Working with law and high court.
