Excellent learning curve

I am currently working for a perfume company, my duties are to help with administration duties and also help with mentoring members. On a typical working day. I start my day with new prospects, I would call them and assist them regarding how they can join and start ordering perfumes. After that I would head straight to my admin duties. Help with filing and orders. Later on the day I would call member and assist in achieving their dreams., i.e how to start earning income. I work with a fabulous team. We regard to each other as family. We treat each other with respect. I have learnt a lot, specially since this is my first job doing admin. I enjoy speaking to the members, they normally tell me about the challenges they facing and how they overcome them. They inspire me to look at life in a different aspect. They are hard workers, day in and day out they make sure that they place orders regardless of they daily challenges. So far I have not came across any challenging aspect at work.

Great learning curve

It's a great learning curve, dealing with different people from with different characters, cultures and being able to understand all of then going the extra mile to give best customer build long term relationships and making sure they excellence in their businesses telepathically and face to face. Most challenging aspect is that most of the time I deal with members telepathically so you can advise and do all you can.yo help them succeed in their business but after that 20 or 30 minutes call you don't know whether they will implement that or not you can only hope and pray they will until you see results.

Pros: Going an extra mile in helping someone achieve their dreams without expecting anything from them knowing that you giving hope to someone out there to still live up to their dreams against all odds. Living up to the company values inspire, value and encourage the lives we touch, going home knowing you have brought about change in someone's life you have given them hope and a reason to live again is the best part of my job and the reason why I love doing what I do dealing with different people it regardless of their background, culture but still be able to be the positive influence. Learning something new everyday from them.
Cons: The cons of doing the work I do is the fact that if the member is in a position of working their business there's nothing much you do about it you can only give them ideas and advises on how they can deal with their current situation to overcome it. The cons about the company is the fact that there's is no guaranteed bonuses it depends on what they (Management) see or think of you regarding your performance, even though you can do all that is expected of you and exceed if they think you don't qualify then you don't.

Curve of experiences

We engage with people in order to provide them with the necessary information and service. In doing this one also learns how to deal with people together with the ability of group work. There was no typical workday and certainly no togetherness

Learning each day

Ensure that all registrations and missing details are captured.My relation with my co-workers are great and we get along very well.I learnt that you should always be productive and focused. I enjoy working with people and do my work to the best of my ability. The most challenging aspects of the work it to get hold of member and complete there registrations and confirm with them payment.

Good experience and excellent success

I work as a admin clerk I have learnt to work under pressure and handle pressure very well. Value our clients and make sure each client has a big smile on their face so that they can come back Does everything with success Speed and attention to details and deadlines and cut off for excellent service. I work hard and i am a team player I work freely and easly to be reached.
