I take direction in everything I do regarding my job, I put heart into everything i do, I believe in working in a dynamic team so that will deliver the best work, my challenge was when my team leader asked me to assist in a new project iv never done

Team work and good working conditions

Working at iron mountain is one of the most exciting thing, because you interact with different people and you get to learn lots of things from them,as we learn everyday.

Good working skills

I had a good working experience Excellent team work We work from 8:00-17:00p.m. I enjoy interacting with other colleagues Promotions are given equally and fair I have learnt time management, promotion of team work, to be a responsible individual Know how to work individually and under pressure I have on how to reach the deadlines Challenging experience is when you need to put up with other people's emotions,be as humble as you can possibly be of your differences.

Excellent environment to work in always learning something new

--always a busy day -good relationship with co workers -I have started out as a maintenance guy then became a general worker and now I'm the supervisor and run the warehouse on my own so I have learned a lot and grew alot in the company I enjoy giving my everything when the work flow is productive and thorough The most challenging is some co workers are very lazy and laid-back
