We work 8 hours a day doing microsoft trainings for office365, sharepoint and sql My colleagues are from different cultures although it was not easy to adapt with some personalities i managed. I enjoy the learning part because we always getting introduced to new technology this boosts my level of understanding especially to me as a java programmer

Pros: new skills and cetifications
Cons: Too much study pressure for exams consecutively
