Participative management style -

Good day, daily i run reports for my team for them to understand their performance and how are the going to improve and maintain, i believe when you know better you do better. I love working with my team we make it a point that at least twice a year we go for a vacation for us too boost our working relationship. I have learnt to put people first to ensure that people are happy because a happy employee is productive employee. I enjoy going o work to make a change in a persons life be it internally or external customers. Making people to understand what decisions is taken its not personal, its to enable everyone to reach their potential.

Pros: You get an opportunity to hold an acting position which helps you to be exposed to what your manager's duties.
Cons: the long working hours, unfavourable working conditions

Eat her to learn. challenging work

I'm building a good relationships with co-workers and colleagues. Meaning conflict are also resolved by me. I like challenging job. I learned to make sure I'm happy before I make customers or colleagues happy. I enjoy when I helped customers very good.

Pros: it's a good company yet ther's no communication that is abroad. late communication is recieved daily
Cons: long hours and under paying them

Willing to learn new things

I like the job that I'm doing. I'm doing the good job as per company request. but there is lack of communication there will be no job done proper. if I were to get this position administration I will honestly work the best than I do .
