Well the office is free and friendly, but somehow lacks communication skills amongst its members.

What I do on a daily basic is mostly providing back office support and assistance with the administration.My relationship with my co-workers is good, however it is best with the team due to everyday interactions. We have become like a small family. With regards to work, one can easily find themselves bored at times due to lack of work to do,so other days you find yourself having to ask for work to do.

Pros: open environment
Cons: not much opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning curve, won Employee of the Year award 2016

Won Employee of the Year award 2016 Does the Events planning for our functions Getting along with all co-workers on every level Manage the MD's diary, flights and organize his daily appointments Enjoyed working closely with high profile people and planning events, conferences and seminars. The most challenging is to work with people of different race groups and make a difference in the company. I have learnt that you cannot please everybody and learn to step back when necessary

Pros: Working in a senior position and making a difference
Cons: I work a 10 - 11hr day (own choice) than the normal 8hr day. Putting in the extra mile

Team work works best

We are a hard-working team, dealing on a daily basis with client queries and reporting to clients.We as a team come up with effective solutions to challenges that we may face, dealing with any client query.I believe, i would be a useful addition to any team. I have grown tremendously from the time i joined this company a a portfolio administration assistant to a Fund Accountant and Portfolio administrator handling a small team of 4 people.

Pros: Working with like-minded individuals towards a common goal
Cons: not much room for further growth
