Overworked & Underpaid

With promises of improvement being dangled like a carrot in front of each person, the show gets old pretty quickly. Having watched colleagues come and go, each arriving with dewy eyes and bushy tales lapping up the promises of creativity, and flexibility true to startups, the dream comes crashing down, pretty quickly, when the long hours, with no overtime pay, and the company culture leaves you seriously disillusioned. Creative and enthusiastic co-workers make the job worthwhile, for a time, until they too become crushed and despondent by the high expectations and poor leadership structure at the company, which leaves team members floundering in the dark, losing confidence in their abilities.

Pros: The people are what makes it bearable to stay
Cons: Limited pay, unrealistic working hours, exploitation of individuals

Management is disorganised

Great place for someoneGreat company for someone starting out in the marketplace. There are opportunities to learn and grow. However don't stay long, management is extremely confused and disorganised
