Great company to work for, however growth is hindered. Working environment is pleasant and socialable. The start of the working day is flexible enabling one to work later if need be. Great lunches at subsidized prices in the company canteen. Generally a laid back company that is renowned in the community for socio-economic development. Staff also enjoy staff discounts. An open door policy enabling employees to express their concerns to management without prejudice/discrimination. Overall a pleasant company that provides longevity in the work place, however stagnation in the same position for years/decades seems to be the order of things.

I have learnt so much helping customers
My days work is complying and making sure customer understand their contract, and getting much calls and making sure customer are leaving happy from the Store. With my co workers I have very good relationship cause we respect each other. I've learnt that customer must understand their contract as the compliance agent

Contribute to analytical and problem solving abilities
The most challenging aspects of my job is to get branch managers to tell the truth, because at the end of the day am the one going to authorise deals. I once had a case where by the customer was mentally disturbed and since am not at the store, at the branch they came up with a story to try to get the deal through but fortunately I was able to get hold of the customers relatives, and the deal was cancelled. I have learned to always pay attention to details of each and every credit agreements and to work under pressure. My relationship with colleagues is very nice and warm, we share the load of work and work as a team.

Lewis is not a great company to work for they overwork employees and they do not pay employees wat they are worth nd for the amount of work u do the pay is not enough

Excellent learning, computer literate, speaks fluent English and Afrikaans.
I am Samantha Knight I work ad a admin clerk I deal with queries, handle telephone calls, capture all data, do Correction's on any document that's not in order and up to date.

Fast learner, deadline driven, good communication skills, good etiquette.
I am very hard working, always get things done, I will help the other clerks if they need it, I am passionate about what I do and the results I deliver. I push for more and ask superiors if there's anything I can do to help. I love working there the environment is good and the people.

Being able to help others
