A good company to start off your career

It has the best working environment. There is jot much that can be said about the company. It can improve on how their employees are reimbursed. There isn't enough opportunities for growth within the company, but it hosts the best monthly braais and, year wns functions. The job is not too challenging but more of a routine work, however its great interacting with estate agents, banks as well as home owners.

Room to grow

My typical work day is one filled with meetings between co-workers where we get to discuss certain features of the project at hand and how one is coping. We blend very well as a team working together to achieve one goal. As an individual i would say i have learnt a lot and i am very grateful for the love and support that comes from my team.

Pros: There always new things to learn
Cons: The work load gets overwhelming at times
