A good place to be as it is on a growing phase

The most challenging Job in trade,where I have to give sales numbers on a daily basis while developing the area with the new product.Competition is ery stiff as there are well known products out there that are dominating the markets.Only the passion,Hard work and dedication wins the game out in trade and the desire to keep going regardless of the challenges.Those challenges keeps me on my toes and I like that as it helps me to grow.

Pros: It is a great opportunity to learn and when the area is fully developed I will enjoy working reaping the rewards.
Cons: Long hours and forever on standby

Team work

I have learn to work with many and different people work as a team solving problems as fast as i can keep the production line running working fast and safe reaching targets on time reporting problems on time doing first line maintenance. keeping my work place clean at all times. Helping other people to solve problems. coming up with new ideas to help us work smart or easy. be at work on time for shift hand over so that i can know and understand what was the other shift problems solve them if i can or call artisans to help if possible.

Pros: yes because i like new challenges in life.
Cons: long hours and overtime

Excellent learning curve, Computer literate, problem solver

I get along easily with my co-workers. I do what is expected from me, but I also like team work. I'm not shy to ask when I don't understand what to do. I always try do the best I can. Most important!!! I'm an organized, responsible, trustworthy & friendly person, managing by means of open door approach and honesty and integrity..
