Excellent Learning Curve

Good learning curve

Does not recognize personal growth and does not offer growth opportunities. No fairness at times . I love the working environment although it disguise outsiders about how poor the company is at rewarding.. Overally the culture is good and workmates are great except the salary and other bonus packs

Pros: Good working conditions
Cons: No room for growth or expansion especially in terms of rewards
