Professional approach
The work type is quite interesting yet it demanding most of the time, and the relationship is professional and smooth most of the time with my co-workers although there are ups and downs where by an individual do not understand the procedures and protocols to be followed in completing certain projects. in terms of my new acquired skills and knowledge i am not able to deal with difficult suppliers and co-workers and to be in a position to meet tight deadlines yet taking professional approach at all times. i enjoy the most working with people of the caliber of professionals as sometimes it easy when i face any predicament to contact dr, professors and any other individual including other related sector in various university in south Africa. the most challenging is to deal with difficult non-compliance suppliers outlining the mandatory procedure as per SCM, PFMA, GAAP.
Pros: Flexible environment for growth to head of department
