Mentorship program

I am not have are solid work experience yet but it's was program that l was involved in 2018 and its was not for me to get paid .l meet my mentess 2 to 3 days are week just to help them with academic something with other thing that are not related like personal struggle . I had are good relationship with my mentess cause they learn new things to me and my self are learn are lot to them The most challenge l came across is to stand in front of my mentess snd and present my self and trying to understand different person and there emotion

Excellent

Working at Mangisuthu university of technology it is very good I enjoy working with such good people because I am a teamwork, each and everyday we always do what best for our clients. The manager always encourage me to not change the way I do my job even when I get job somewhere, he trust me even when there is some fault that seems challenging I'm the first person to be called because I hate fail to fix I rather do fast research .

Pros: Unfortunately it was a one year contract
Cons: We sometime work long hours when we have to upgrade or update our network server

Good Relationship with my colleagues and To provide good customer service

- Good relationship with my colleagues - To provide excellence customer service - Helping Clients and customers is the one thing I enjoy most - In my current job I learnt that it very important to be accountable and take responsibility and know your role or duties within the department and what impact it has on other department or units, as in the HR department its a chain department.

Pros: leaning new things everyday
Cons: some colleagues are rude not respect others

Engineering academic programs

Working unpaid overtime to speed up the process of marking and marks recording within electrical engineering. Mark laboratory reports for students. There is no training given to us. Develop practical manuals for yourself but not paid for that. Being used for researches and data analysing by professors. Terminating contracts without any reasons

Pros: Non played duties to be paid
Cons: Long working hours

General approach

My work starts as soon as I leave home. A prayer for safety and to remember all job related postulates, productive teamwork and smooth operation. The rest comes "natural", loving my job helps with my golden hand in everything I do.

Pros: Shining on every mission in general
Cons: Inculcating knowledge to preoccupied person due to individual's personal issues

Summary of my previous position.

I had a very great experience in the field, teaching and assisting students academically and doing the administration work. I must highlight that we had a very strong bong with my team and we indeed enj enjoyed our tasks.

Pros: Great opportunity for presentations n promotions
Cons: Always be ready for work n be prepared

Meeting different type of people everyday, understanding their cultures and behavior.

One of the very busy working environment. I did office administrative duties at housing department at Mangosuthu University of Technology. I done filling, allocation of students in residences assisting wardens, typing and scheduling, photocopying and printing., and other admin dutiests

Cons: Not paid

Excellent team work

I am assisting accounting lecturer in teaching, capturing, marking, typing using Macrosoft teams. I am energetic and fast learning person with good communication skills and I am Punctual and always willing to learn something new. . I am able to work alone or as part of the team.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working overtime

Teaching and learning

I am student who got the chance to teach other students what I’ve learnt from my previous modules. It’s quite a hard thing to do because I need to study my schoolwork and also prepare what I will be teaching my younger sisters and brothers. Being a tutor has taught to dedicate myself on something for it to be successful. I have leant a lot including how to communicate with people, how to tackle problems and also how to respond to those problems encountered.

Pros: The pros are that if work good, I can continue with my work in the following year or get promoted into being a lecturer
Cons: The cons are that I have to share my studying time with that of preparing on what to teach.

Great learning platform

I am a very passionate person who is willing to grow in the field of HR. Everything that I do I do with passion and I like helping people succeed.As a tutor I continuously learn how to interact with different personality types.
