Technical skills and experience

I have technical expertise in monitoring and evaluation, research, epidemiology, quality improvement, data analysis, health system strengthening, disease surveillance, technical assistance and mentorship. I have successfully lead an HIV population surveillance project, provided epidemiological technical assistance to a provincial HIV management team, mentored and provided technical assistance to HIV district teams, conducted research and evaluation projects, trained and mentored on principles of quality improvement, provided capacity development on basic epidemiology and M&E and conducted successful file audits and HIV surveys in Ghana.

Excellent learning curve

Enjoyable working place, possebility of learning new things based on health as I'm trained for Tier.net programme and HIS & AIDS treatment but the challenge is working in different places

Excellent learning curve. Eye opening

Helping clinics with workload. Assisting patients. Working with people from all different backgrounds. Friendly co-workers. I enjoyed the satisfaction of leaving the clinic in a organised state. Also making new friends.

Learning Curve

A typical work day includes going to clinics and/or hospitals and collecting statistics for their HIV/AIDS programme whilst trying to assist with direct service delivery such as capturing files or assisting with graphs, etc.

Pros: Learning Opportunity
Cons: High expectations with little leeway
