Ththi do maintanance inspectioand work with breakdowns on the machines i work with packaging machines ns e the dutiesian what ive learned is tha having a good team with your co workers makes a job to be much eas.i enjoy doing mechenical breakdowns especially when it come to pneumatic ier most ..the most challenge is when the product is needed and the machine have a major breakdown .

To achieve and learn more from the new company environment.

My review is the excellent delivery and service to the customer to protect the image of the company. Promote team work in the work place by including both staff members and people on the ground so that they can work as a team to achieve satisfactory results to the customer.

Pros: Opportunity to achieve the results that is fitness for purposes.
Cons: Long working hours can result to fatigue if not planned properly.

Great Organisation

I have grown as person since joining this organisation, i have worked closely with all the departments, supply chain, OHS,R&D, Q&E, Maintenance, and out of all this, i have gained a lot of experience. The most challenging aspect of my job was to learn to manage a group of people that for years they were less controlled

Im qualified red seal millwright with three yers experince in chemical and mining industry

Deadealing with brrakdowns of kp machimcces running seven plants a day workong on plc n vsds .good communication with my boss challenged is tjat most of managers do not reqlly like me becpuse of my qualifications i have n they dont have

Pros: No promotion at all
Cons: We working two shits 4 to 1am and 7am to 4pm.plus overtimes on weekends
