Excellent Learning Curve

Working for miSlip i had great experience i went not knowing that i have a leadership role but through my manager and the best training i got there i was promoted twice and given awards of best performance. My relationship with my co-workers was the best my team was really professionally connected and we enjoyed our work more than anything,I have learned that when you really want success you need to respect and love your work. The most thing i have enjoyed is the competition we did at the office of the best accurate capturer and you would see how people bring out the best in themselves.The most challenging aspect of my job is when i have to push my team members to work fast and accurate and thy become personal.

Pros: Excellent opportunity for promotions
Cons: Informed about Overtime before knock of time
