Great learning oppertuinity

Day was split between designing for new quotes and manufacturing drawing, assembly creation Awesome colleagues I learned the design process and the how to put together packing lists and assembly instructions I enjoyed the creative parts of the design process the most, no doubt. What I found most challenging was to learn the different design tools at the company and using it correctly

Cons: Little promotion opportunity

Its a good learning curve

Its good experience and I have learned a lot in the company, however its time for me to go out there and earn more living for my family since the company is still too small to can pay me according to my experience

Pros: There are no promotions in the company because its a small company
Cons: they do not provide over time
