Excellent learning curve

Having to interact with different personalities from different countries is typical working day. My relationship with co workers has matured over the years we learnt each other's strength and weaknesses and manage to convert it into teamwork. What i have learn is how immigration law works. The most challenging was when then immigration law changes over night and one has to adapt immediately.

Comfortable working condition

Its a comfortable working environment with lots of colleagues, a normal working day is 8 hours during the week and 5 hours during weekend.We have good team work.It has helped me use my problem solving skills to the fullest I am able to engage management in our daily challenges regarding work.

Easily adapting new position

With the experience I have with the company, I've learn how to be organised and reach all the deadlines that are required in time. Mostly with my team we know how to assist each other when there is need for help. During busy days I experience a lot of excitement, new challenges and the good Focus to our work.

Pros: Best employee of the week
Cons: Long working hours when is too busy
