Excellent learning curve

I work as sales manager wherein I started as a driver and I worked through and know various aspects in operation and IT technician. I manage a team of agents selling sim cards and they are doing a marvelous job on a weekend basis. I interact very well with other managers and we provide a very healthy working environment which increases productivity.

Pros: Great opportunity at growth in IT

I've just started I was working for PSB Network

I have just started a 6months contract with MVNX I was working for PSB network earning R6000,00. At Psb network there was no promotion and long working hours. MVNX have long working hours as well.

Pros: No benefit
Cons: No opportunities to learn new things and long working hours

Excellent company and good management style

Excellent company to work for but i have reached a part of my life where I can offer more than what i am currently doing.They just need to take cognisance of that fact and looking for a more rewarding and fulfilling challenge in life.
