-Typical work day is when I get very busy but manage to help and assist each and every client I saw on that particular day and they leave the branch with a smile on their face -My relationship with my co- workers is the bet we help each other to meet and achieve one goal - I have learnt that we need each other cant achieve everything on your own also that clients are relying on us so we need to give them that trust that they can have peace of mind knowing their money is in our good hands - To be recognised after meeting and exceeding my target and pushing to achieve what other people think its impossible - When the systems are not working or when they are down its a bit challenging

Learning management System
On a normal day, I will be receiving 20 Group Business Service calls, via SAP, mainly on training request for external training. which is challenging because we are client driven, good customer service is in our daily vocabulary. Working in a Team of 6,is amazing as we all have projects we run excluding our BAU.
Pros: Willing to learn new dimensions, getting to understand how their learning processes work.

Learning Curve
Working at Nedbank has been a great experience for me, I worked at Nedbank previously from 2011, I then left for a better opportunity in Johannesburg. Upon returning to Nedbank, my position changed and I started working with very high end clients. I deal with about 40 - 50 clients a day, assist with all their banking issues. I am able to provide excellent service as I am fully aware of all our banking processes and systems. I walk into work with a very positive attitude as I need to assist my clients with the best of my ability. I am able to smile and go ahead with my day, my colleagues all know me as the one to brighten up the day, always turning a negative into a positive. We all work very closely together and are always able to lend a helping hand if needed. I have learnt how to work with people very well being at Nedbank, I do get some difficult clients which is one of my biggest challenges as I always need to remain very calm and treat clients with the empathy that they need.

Enriching learning Experience
I work in a fast paced environment, working hours are flexible. I work in a good and secure environment with a supportive and empowering team that has a culture that supports learning and development on the job. Testing improved my ability to pay attention to detail in an analytical and logical thinking manner. It also improved my discipline. We are focusing more on agile testing but we still at early stages. I was given an opportunity to up skill my SW testing skills, methodology and using of different techniques. I believe I have the business know how start off foundation if I could put it. Because I still feel like there’s still a lot for me to learn and grasp which actively feeds my growing interest in investing in and being able to contribute to Nedbank. I can use the experience gained to achieve the company goals.

Great place to work generally
A great place to work Current role is administrative and client service based have a great relationship with co workers Have learnt so much about team work, assisting each other through work challenges Enjoy interacting with clients , there's joy and fulfilment in client satisfaction. Challenges are difficult clients but there's always a way of handling them.

I have a solid experience of risk monitor.
The work is no monotonous as we monitor different risk exposures across various business units. Begins with accessing the diary for the day and at the T--Do list work flow. Almost all team members work and goes along well at the working related projects. It's a team working environment. One has learnt to speak out and come out of the closet as there are other strong team members who always speak up during team meetings. One need to always develop a continues reading to keep up to speed with this dynamic risky world. Risk monitoring is mostly enjoyable as it requires one to be knowledgeable about the risk topic that is being interrogated. One must know the correct standards and policy of the business unit being monitored. It's easy to mention monitoring findings ,however a more practical, cost effective recommendation that add value is required.

Cons: Traffic , and long hours spent which creat a high probability of road incident happening
