Continuious Learning
I'm working in an open and healthy working environment with the leaders that lead to steer this organisation to expected direction, to deal to deliver desired results. I'm in retails space working stretched hours six days week, with happy colleagues enjoying success on a particular milestone, and of course take learning from each exclusive challenge day in, day out, arising from/when it comes to complaints, compliments, queries & suggestions as our clients say for us(business) to be relevant in this industry at most of times, if not all the times

The institution has many great job opportunities. It allows its employees to grow and explore the opportunities it offers. This gives employees a drive to work to thrive. It does indeed as it claims, takes care of its own.

Great team spirit
What i love the most about my current company is the team that i am in,my managers ensured that we have a good team spirit and everyone made sure that is archieved,we are always willing to share knowledge and skills.I like that they give you the opportunities to further your studies.As much as my job is challenging which i lime because it motivate me,but the is no room for growth and im ready for growth professionally.

Excellent place to master how to work under pressure
My days are filled with hectic cut-off times that have high pressure volumes to it my mornings are the most busiest The place is more family based as we like each other and are supportive when the other is going through tough times It's a challenging place as there's lots of competition to be the best you can be every single day

As an Information Technology, Business Analysis experienced and qualified person with education and 5years of experience in Information Technology and 2 years in Business Analysis / Business Process Modelling. I truly believe in mentoring as I know one can deliver impressive results through it. I have gained wealth of IT knowledge, Project Administration, Business Analysis and Business Process Modelling which I acquired in reputable organizations. I am a stable, social, dynamic, intuitive, intelligent and a people's person who is also highly motivated and can multi-task easily.
Pros: Understand the business requirements, and through a structured process documenting, validating and translating it into functional specification that are used by developers to craft a technical solution. Testing and validating the functionality of the technical solution against the business requirements. Ensuring that the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution. Interfacing between the business client and development team with requirements for the business and functional requirements. Working with multiple business area that requires deep integration of solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationship with stockholder.

Charactor building
I have worked within Nedbank for the last 13 Years in various departments. I have learnt allot in the different roles that i have been in, my current role requires me to multi task as i am currently in banking security for the entire country i would need to do multiple admin tasks similtaniously while still answering calls for emergencies. I would also say that is the most challenging aspect of the Job as well as all these things happen in real time and need to be dealt with emediately.

Opportunity to study
nedbank is a diverse company that encourages its employees to learn and aquire more skills , i managed to obtain two certificates while i am working for them now i am busy with my third one . the most challaging aspect of the job is getting sales since the economy is not doing well , it is now extremely difficult for clients to qualify, but i enjoy financing a clients dream eg financing a car or a huse for a client is fulfiling it makes a difference in that clients life and at the same time in makes me proud to have serviced and fulfilled the clients dream.
