Best stepping stone for young genaration
My duty at work is to introduce new client into our banking enviroment. Teach them how to manage their funds and save, amd to introduce them into tne world of banking. And with my work it requires me to work in hand with collegues, some duties requeres us to work in pairs, like counting of cash, counting cards What I learned in this job is to be able to put my self into the customers shoes, in that way I would be able to give the best service. The only challenging part is where a client comes with his problems and expert a solution from me, but only to find that it beyond my control, and it going to take a while

Great development
You can never fully plan you week as new challenges com that required s me to b flexible. Each member of the team has a role to play with clients and its important to understand your role and how it affects the other team member. Each day I learn new ways in which the systems can help work better understand the clients. I enjoy interaction with the different clients and learning something new each day. Also enjoy learning about the different ways in which industries operate.
